Application of Group Decision Making in Shipping Industry 4.0: Bibliometric Analysis, Trends, and Future Directions

With the development of Internet technologies, shipping industry has also entered Industry 4.0 era, which is era using information technology to promote industrial change. Group decision making (GDM), as one key methods in science, can be used obtain optimal solutions by aggregating opinions experts on several alternatives, and it been applied many fields optimize decision-making process. This paper provides an overview analysis specific applications GDM Shipping 4.0, discusses future developments research directions. First, existing relevant literature analyzed bibliometrics. Then, general procedure investigated: opinion/preference representation, consensus measure, feedback mechanism, selection alternatives. Next, are summarized.
